Browser File Upload

The following instructions are for uploading files using your browser.
If you prefer FTP for your uploading, it is also available.

Step 1 - Connect to upload server


Using a normal web browser such as Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer -
connect to:

Step 2 - Enter your User name and password


If you are a new user, or don't yet have login details, please contact your sales representative.

Step 3 - Welcome Page


After logging in successfully you will see a list of files already in your account.
There may be no files if the folder is empty.

Step 4 - Crush Uploader


Click 'Crush Uploader'

This link activets a Java Applet. It was built by www.crushftp.com. It will ask you to confirm
that you Trust the certificate. Click Trust / Accept to continue

Note: If the crush uploader does not work for you, you can try again using the 'Browser Uploader' but it will not accept very large file uploads. In that case you will require FTP to upload files.

Step 5 - Select File(s) to upload


Browse to the file on your computer that you wish to upload using the Finder, or Windows Explorer.

Click the file and drag it on to the Java window.

Start Upload

Step 6 - Confirm Upload

Once your upload is complete you should see statistics and return to the list. Confirm that your file has been uploaded successfully and is of a reasonable file size.
