Log onto our portal and track the status of your campaign.

File Upload

Browser Upload

  • Step 1 – Connect to upload server
  • Step 2 – Enter your username and password. If you are a new user, or don’t yet have login details, please contact your sales representative
  • Step 3 – After logging in successfully you will see a list of files already in your account. There may be no files if the folder is empty
  • Step 4 – To upload a file, click the ‘Add Files’ button, browse for your file and choose it. If nothing happens please first click the ‘Browser Upload’ button from the menu and then try the ‘Add Files’ button again
  • Step 5 – Once you have selected your file you can either add more files to upload, or you can ‘Start’ the upload. After the upload has completed, verify your files are in the list

FTP Upload

  • Step 1 – Connect to our FTP server ftp. Username and password will be supplied by your sales representative
